Do you ship internationally?

Yes, you can purchase Hooby Groovy products no matter where in the world you are, as long as you have a postal address that your postman can use to find you. Keep on reading to find out more about international shipping. 


How long before you post my order to me?

I hand-make all Hooby Groovy products to order and may take up to 3 weeks from time of payment before I can ship it to you. I always try my best to send your order out as fast as I can. 


What kind of shipping options do you offer?

All orders are posted via Australia Post and there are a few options that you can select for your order.

Here's the rundown:

Orders within Australia

Regular Mail: 2 - 4 business days, no tracking available

Express Post: Next business day delivery within the Express Post Network

International Orders

Regular Airmail: 3 - 10 business days, no tracking available. Please note that some additional delays may occur if the package is held by customs.

Pack and Track International: Only available for United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Ireland and Singapore. 3-10 business days, tracking available. 

Express Courier International: 2 - 4 business days for metro areas in major cities, tracking available.
